We primarily serve Greater London and surrounding areas. For jobs outside this area, please contact us to discuss - we may be able to accommodate larger projects.

How quickly can you come out?

For standard jobs, we typically schedule within 3-5 working days. For emergency glass repair and boarding, we can often attend the same day or next day.

Do you work on weekends?

Yes, we offer weekend appointments for both residential and commercial clients. However, weekends are considered out-of-hours work and incur an additional charge. Weekend slots are popular, so we recommend booking in advance.

Pricing & Quotes

How much does glass restoration cost?

Costs vary depending on the size, type of glass, and extent of damage. We offer free photo/video assessments. For on-site assessments, there's a £35 fee which is fully deductible from the job cost if you proceed.

Is the quote process really free?

Yes! You can send us photos or videos for a free initial assessment. If you need an on-site visit for a more accurate quote, there's a £35 fee, but this is deducted from your final invoice if you book the work.

Do you charge for call-outs?

The £35 on-site assessment fee covers the call-out. If you proceed with the work, this fee is deducted from your total cost, making the assessment effectively free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (preferred for larger projects), credit/debit cards, and cash for smaller jobs. Payment is due upon completion for residential clients.

Glass Restoration & Scratch Removal

Can you remove all scratches from glass?

We can remove or significantly reduce most scratches, including heavy scratches from builders' tools, grinder splatter, and general wear. However, very deep scratches or acid etching may not be fully removable without affecting the glass integrity. We'll always assess and advise honestly.

Will the glass look as good as new?

In most cases, yes! Our restoration process can make scratched glass look brand new. The final result depends on the depth and type of damage. We'll show you what's achievable during the assessment.

How long does glass restoration take?

Most residential jobs (single window or shower screen) take 1-3 hours. Larger commercial projects may take a full day or multiple visits depending on the scope.

Is glass restoration cheaper than replacement?

Almost always! Glass restoration typically costs 50-70% less than full replacement, and there's no disruption from removal and reinstallation.

What types of glass can you restore?

We work with toughened glass, laminated glass, curved glass, and specialist glazing. We can restore windows, shower screens, glass tables, balustrades, glass staircases, walk-on glass, and skylights.

Do you remove graffiti from glass?

Yes! We specialise in graffiti removal from glass surfaces without damaging the underlying glass. This includes paint, marker, and etching.

Can you fix hard water stains on shower screens?

Absolutely. Hard water marks and limescale buildup are very common on shower screens and bathroom glass. We can remove these and restore the glass to crystal clear condition.

Do you work on heritage and listed buildings?

Yes, we have experience with heritage properties and adapt our techniques as needed. However, we don't work with leaded lights, Crown glass, or Cylinder glass. We can recommend specialists for those.

Can you repair broken windows?

Yes, our window repair service covers broken seals, faulty mechanisms, and damaged frames. Our technicians carry common parts for on-the-spot repairs. If replacement panes or parts are needed, we arrange that by liaising with suppliers.

Do you install new glass splashbacks?

Yes, we install kitchen and bathroom glass splashbacks in various colors and finishes. We handle measuring, cutting, and professional installation.

Warranties & Guarantees

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes! We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all restoration work. If any defects arise due to our workmanship during this period, we'll rectify them free of charge.

What if new damage occurs after your work?

Our guarantee covers our workmanship, not new damage that occurs after the service. However, we're always happy to come back for additional restoration work if needed.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance covering property damage and personal injury arising from our work.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a service?

The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp (+44 7378 558 938) with photos of the damage. You can also fill out our online quote form or call us directly.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand things come up! Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a £50 rescheduling fee. We'll work with you to find a new suitable time.

Do I need to be present during the work?

For residential properties, yes - someone needs to be present to provide access and approve the work. For commercial properties, we can sometimes work with a designated contact or property manager.

Do you work with builders and contractors?

Yes! We provide construction site glass repair and restoration services for builders, contractors, and property developers. We can handle multiple units and ongoing projects.

Do you offer payment terms for commercial clients?

Yes, established commercial accounts may qualify for payment terms of 7-30 days. Contact us to discuss.

Can you provide certificates of insurance?

Yes, we can provide copies of our public liability insurance and other required documentation for commercial contracts.
