• Grinding spatter
• Paint splatter and overspray
• Mineral deposits and water stains
• Surface etching and corrosion
• Manufacturing defects (within limitations)

We believe in honest communication about what can be achieved:

• Deep scratches that penetrate beyond the surface layer may be improved but might not be completely invisible
• Glass distortion cannot be polished away—we assess this during consultation
• Some damage may require replacement rather than restoration—we advise accordingly
• Tinted or coated glass requires special assessment to avoid coating damage
